This weekend it’s very bright and sunny.My daughter is happy as we took her to nearby park.We had heavy beakfast chapathi egg roles.It was a bit heavy.Then we took our daughter to nearby playground .She loved playing there but its very sunny we returned soon as the sun is shining up high and showing its intensity.Though she doesn’t want to come we brought her back promising to return back.And now started the hottest topic what to prepare for lunch.After many and ok’s and no’s we zeroed on fried rice.so we started preparing.As i had precooked rice in handy we used the same.It turned out so well that i wanted to have some more.so i again cooked the rice this time i cooked and drained so that the rice is not sticky and cooled and i chopped the veggies and then we went to shopping,got back,cooked same fried rice again and had it.By now u must have figured how it turned out as we prepared it again and again.Ya it is delicious and i want more and more.No need to mention my kid she also loved it.And this delicacy came from hubby.He is a great cook.
1cup beans finely chopped
1cup carrot finely chopped
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
3 egg whites
1tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp pepper powder
2 cups boiled rice
boil rice in a separate pan ,drain water,cool in a plate.
In a pan add 1tsp oil pour the egg whites and scramble them,set them aside.
Now add 2tbsp oil or butter and add chilli powder,pepper powder,veggies chopped.let them fry.
Now add ajinomoto,soysauce,salt,egg scramble,chopped coriander,rice and mix well let it fry on high heat for 1min.
garnish with onions,lemon and cilantro,serve hot.
You can add ur vegges u like since i had only these two i used them.
